Massage
Customized to You
Massage therapy is a clinically proven approach to managing soft tissue and musculoskeletal conditions. It involves the assessment and manual manipulation of the body’s muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, and joints to alleviate pain, improve function, and promote overall physical health.
Regular massage therapy can support recovery from injury, reduce chronic pain, improve mobility, enhance circulation, and relieve stress-related tension. It plays an important role in both preventative care and rehabilitation, and is often integrated into treatment plans for conditions such as back pain, headaches, sports injuries, postural imbalances, and more.
All treatments are provided by Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs).
Cupping
Enhance Circulation, Release Tension, Support Recovery

Cupping therapy uses suction to gently lift the skin and underlying tissues, increasing blood flow, releasing fascial restrictions, and reducing muscular tightness. It can target areas of deep tension that may be difficult to address through manual techniques alone.
Together, these therapies can accelerate healing, reduce inflammation, and improve tissue health. Treatment plans are tailored to each client by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to ensure safe, effective care that aligns with your specific goals and needs.
Myofascial Release
Supporting Natural Movement Through Fascial Release
Myofascial Release is a specialized manual therapy technique that targets restrictions in the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, nerves, and organs. Over time, fascia can become tight or adhered due to injury, poor posture, inflammation, or repetitive stress, leading to pain, reduced mobility, and muscular dysfunction.
Through gentle, sustained pressure and specific stretching techniques, myofascial release works to release these restrictions, restore tissue mobility, and reduce discomfort. It is commonly used to address chronic pain, postural imbalances, limited range of motion, and conditions such as fibromyalgia, headaches, or myofascial pain syndrome.
Prenatal Massage
Comfort, Care, and Relief During Every Stage of Pregnancy
Prenatal massage is a specialized form of massage therapy designed to support the physical and emotional well-being of individuals during pregnancy. Tailored to the unique needs and changes of the pregnant body, this treatment focuses on relieving discomfort, improving circulation, and promoting overall relaxation and balance.
Common benefits include reduced lower back and hip pain, decreased swelling in the legs and feet, improved sleep quality, and relief from muscle tension and fatigue. Positioning and techniques are carefully adjusted to ensure the safety and comfort of both the client and baby.
